Tyresse Lifetime Guarantee

At Tyresse, we are fully committed to creating and providing the highest standard of jewellery, which is why every piece we sell is backed by our Lifetime Guarantee. It covers all Tyresse jewellery, including gold plated, vermeil and 925 sterling silver.

What does the Lifetime Guarantee cover?

If your jewellery arrives damaged, or is damaged, fades or stops working under normal wear, the Tyresse Lifetime Guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece, free of charge. Tyresse will repair or replace the item should you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects.

If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you can exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.

Customised jewellery

All customised necklaces are covered by our Lifetime Guarantee, which entitles you to a one-time repair of the piece, free of charge. A £60 repair fee applies to any future repairs, for repairable items only.

What isn't covered?

The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover user damage, such as scratches, accidental or intentional breakage and water damage, or lost or stolen items.
